#1 Cochran continues to turn heads and lead the automotive industry throughout the entire Western Pennsylvania region, this time by initiating an innovative and revolutionary way to buy and sell cars. The “Clearly Better Car Buying” experience by #1 Cochran has led many Pittsburgh car dealerships to scramble to follow suit. #1 Cochran President and CEO, Rob Cochran, sat down with Bill Flanagan of Our Region’s Business (in association with Allegheny Conference on Community Development) to discuss the new process and how #1 Cochran continues to change the perception of new and used car dealerships.

ABOUT OUR REGION’S BUSINESS
Our Region’s Business is a Sunday-morning business affairs program co-produced by the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and WPXI-TV that aims to play a positive role in the Pittsburgh region by providing business news, information and commentary in a lively and entertaining format. The program is hosted by veteran broadcast journalist Bill Flanagan, who is executive vice president, corporate relations at the Allegheny Conference and its affiliated organizations.
Since May 2002, the Pittsburgh region’s leading economic development organization and the unit of Cox Television have collaborated to raise awareness of important issues facing employers in the region, highlight entrepreneurs and other business leaders, and provide useful information to help employers grow. Additionally, the program focuses on issues that are getting in the way of business investment and job growth, with the goal of influencing policy decisions to improve the business climate and quality of life in the region.
Our Region’s Business airs on Sundays at 11 a.m. on WPXI-TV and is rebroadcast on PCNC-TV at 3:30 and 7:30 p.m. that day, and 3:30 p.m. on the subsequent Monday. The program also appears on WJAC-TV (Johnstown – Altoona) at 6 a.m. and WTOV-TV (Wheeling – Steubenville) at 6:30 a.m.
